Ye same, haven’t bought any allied generals yet and have 2500 medals to spend but I’m not sure if I should buy Patton or Monty cause timo is a decent tank general already.

I used the Patton (heavy tank, KV-6) and Chuikov (heavy arty, Katyusha) to face Kleist. Meanwhile, Alexander (arty, M7-Pries), Timoshenko (armoured car, soon to be Dragoon Corps), Montgomery (tank) and MacArthur to attack Messe.
Attack the Italians on the river who suffer from Def -2. Surround Messe on the west. Deal with the troops east and southwest of the city, then attack him. Beware the Italian ship docked at the port! Some stragglers may try to recapture the city. Be careful when attacking the ship. The coastal arty to the north is unguarded. Use your 2X or 3X inf to march up there and fire on the ship, if possible.
Take out Kleist's dangling inf and arty first. Slowly and steadily attack the garrisons along the longer stretch of hills. Beware a stationary Karl directly north of Tunis and the nearby German ship! Use your splash dmg to wear down Kleist while attacking the surrounding enemies.
Deploy your reinforcements as needed to bolster the attack of your troops. Take caution! You do NOT have the funds to resupply your key troops every turn. Do not recklessly pursue the enemy.
When your reinforcements arrive, immediately aim to capture the nearby port. Clear out the Germans at the sharp tip of land jutting out. If the game doesn't end when you have cleared out your two sectors, quickly march towards an airbase on Bradley's side and bomb the ships on his coast.

I managed to killed Messe almost immediately with MacArthur lol

HangryBird, could you do one of your famous guides here? I can't beat this, and the previous guide I can't use.

I'm afraid I can't. Still on pacific 1942. Which level? Battle of Bataan. Haven't tried it yet. Edit: Just tried it only using free gens, got all the sub-conditions, but I didn't kill all the enemies in time because of a stupid sub. I'm pretty mad right now.

Battle of Bataan. Haven't tried it yet. Still stuck on that one. I'm glad it's optional.

HangryBird, could you do one of your famous guides here? I can't beat this, and the previous guide I can't use. Which portion of the guide is not doable? Lelerc will have to be a substitute if you lack one of the tank gens hired. You'll want to have lvl 4 tech for inf, arty and tanks as well.

Lucklife, I have MacArthur (Only him ) I can deal with both Messe and Kleist by round 2, but I do not have enough time to mop up the troops, especially the once on the eastern edge of the map. I just need to clear this one. I can perfect clear later.
