It's time for a new RP. The Napoleonic Wars. Fought between 1798 to 1815, this fiercly fought battle is the subject of our Role Play now. Setting - 1798.

No. Northern Italy is an independent state, known as Rome at that time. It was created as a puppet state under the control of Napolean. I think i must include Naples in Allies as only in 1798 they are against France. Not others.
