Diplomatic: I offer a offinsive pact to Port : I will allow you conrol of my army during your turn since you are overseas, but if you conquer unified Italy it goes to the HRE (you may have France.) I also request Darth Vader to give me half of their battalions, since they are neutral but coalition allined. My last diplomatic request is for Clausewitz to unify prussia with the HRE, making The New Roman Empire. |

Turn 2, expand army
Turn 3-4, advanced battalion (based on the wording, it seems I can attack twice in one turn, if not please let me know)
Turn 5, attack Northern Italy 2zU2DyOH3_ and Northern Italy 1

John Marston correct me if I am wrong and I will check the rules further to see if it is allowed by the classic rules which I assume we are following I was not sure on that one, I figured I would be told if I was wrong |

Warlord247 first about the troop lending from Darth Vader, I found this, of course, this is if we follow the "classic" rules Neutrals: 1) Enemies cannot attack you unless they declare war 2 phases before they attack. 2) To join a side, you must declare that you will join them 2 phases before you do. 3) Neutrals start out with 5 turns instead of 6. 4) Neutrals can attack other neutrals without declaring war first. This is taken away if the neutral joins a side. 5) I'm hoping to have a tech tree section just for neutrals. We'll see how creative I can get. EDIT: All neutrals will be required to join a side before a certain phase. It won't be super early so don't worry top much. But it will happen.
