Warlord247 so technically, according to what Darth Vader said, you would either need to not attack me and let me be or formally declare war So will need to reformulate your turn I think that Warlord247 will be the perfect refree as he will have a clarity of the rules. Moreover, I think that the Darth Vader should be the refree for this one. You can borrow battalions from fellow powers on your side as though they don't declare war and are neutral, they still favour you. John Marston, I am not sure about borrowing bataillons from neutral, how about neutrals need to sign some kind of treaty or something that makes them more concretly on one side such as a co-belligerence treaty so that neutrals can't just flip-flop, you either stay neutral or join a side. |

I meant those countries like Russia which are historically in Coalition side, but staying neutral here. As of other neutrals, I think yes we need it. |

Also, Prussia isn't a part of the HRE (yet anyway) so you have to choose either a Prussian province or HRE province to attack

I can eventually put in a different dice system of you guys want to try for a new one but I don't think I can fix this particular issue as it seems to be very specific to a particular device. |
