Guderian is the total package,all of his skills are used as a tank commander,and he has very near max speed.
The artillery field doesnt offer generals with that kind of perfection.
Donitz might be the best naval officer if not on aircraft carrier.

Yeah he is a great air choice, he can be used as infantry general either spec forces for the heavy fighting or motorized for fast movement. Now I read somewhere the bonus in air also applies to missiles not just airplanes. Can anyone confirm this? |

 It says when launching missiles so it applies as well. I see bigger damage when launching missile with general. |

I wonder if the attack+30 is a flat bonus on air force and missile. Based on the description, this should be the case, but then, the effect on missile would be less noticeable since the base damage is larger and calling multiple cheapest airstrikes would generally be more effective. Can anyone confirm this?
Anyway, Goering is the best airs force commander imo.

We need to experiment! And I need to get with the program and get goering apparently air power is supreme in world conqueror 3 and I have been playing this game for weeks and still did not notice that ! |

Goring on motorized is the most effective.
Pick the smallest and cheapest fighter air attack FTW,lvl 2 airport is all that is needed.So for only 70 gold/10 oil you land mid 40's to 50ish damage shots.
I am starting to think I too need 2 air generals and double the air fun.
