greim as first general (in real definitely badoglio)
up his health a bit
then save for guderian or göring. afterwards buy the other one
then rommel (use him for artillery means as well)
then dönitz or reader for navy.
then eye covered artillery
another eye covered artillery
sell greim
then eye covered artillery or tank
perhaps model as endgame artillery
Keep Badoglio on your team if you're going all-axis. Nobody else has 5 or even just 4 stars in artillery and any of the mentioned examples for artilleries doesn't have 2 good artillery-related skills. Badogilo does have 4 stars, 2 skills focused on artillery.
Normally better options to replace Badoglio would come from Moscow, either Govorov or Konev (Nanking - Bai is somewhat weak but fast, not recommended as primary artillery general).
But you don't want any of those due to personal preference, then you will have to stick with Badoglio for number one artillery general on your team until you build a no-eyes cmdr as a perfect artillery general to become number 1 instead (cost like 16,000 medals).
