Ranking all Skills

I don’t really get the point of ranking skills in this game since you can’t customize them in any way like you could in previous ET games. You could argue that some skills contribute more to their overall value, but any discussion where you compare a generals’ skills ends up with you just comparing the whole deal since you can’t ignore their stats. Roko vs Monty is a good example of this.
