You underestimate Crowd Tactics. Its ok, but only 10 damage and hard to use. It doesn’t do much to help eisenhower, but on tanks or artillery its good

It doesn’t do much to help eisenhower, but on tanks or artillery its good It's kinda hard to say what type of unit it's better on. Tanks are more durable and artillery can out range certain units, so they are able to maintain a stack longer than infantry. But, infantry can have 4 stacks max, the most in the game.

I keep my gen at max stack as much as possible.

I see..... So you're a turtle then. Exactly! For anyone who's confused turtleling (not sure if I spelled it correctly) is a gaming expression that usually means the player is playing excessively safe and cautiously at the cost of moving through the game at a turtle's pace hence turtleling.

Sometimes I am afraid to charge at the enemy you know. Especially spam

Just realized something that makes me value sniper a little less. Sniper only works when the general commands an infantry unit. Anti-armor works when the general commands any type of unit. However, generals with sniper are all infantry generals and those with anti-armor are all tank generals, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

I'm also revising my opinion on Crowd Tactics; it's better than I thought it was. On the surface, it encourages turtling, but it can still be effective without this tactic. For consistent damage, you need to maintain at least 2 stacks, not the 3 or 4 that I originally thought. You just need to make sure that the enemies have less stacks then you do. Softening the enemy up by outranging them and utilizing Fire Suppression/Guerrilla/Blitzkrieg is key.
I'm still not getting Vasilevsky though.

They are both infantry, can both be hybrids, both have Crowd Tactics, both have an XP skill, both have a frontline-and-defensive skill, and If Ushijima is good, then surely Vasilevsky is!
