You tellin' me Wolfpack is in the same rank as Naval gun strike? Also I think 30% damage reduction is pretty *dang* good for Warning, I mean it can completely cancel out Torpedo expert I'm also failing to see why Guerilla is only Great What did my boy Anti-Armor do to you? Guerilla + Suppression don't really cancel each other out, it's more of a "backup plan" I meant to put everything but wolfpack into great but confused wolf pack with torpedo expert. |

Artillery Leader Effect: 12% Chance to attack again after firing 24% chance to attack again after firing.Aside from Aura, easily the best skill an artillery general can have as it can lead to double damage essentially. Since artillery generals cannot be counterattacked at range by most units, this skill is so good it would make a bad artillery general ok. |

I curved them both the average. For me personally, desperate would be my choice for a counterattack skill. Seeing morale debuffs all over the place on a new turn would be pretty awesome. |

Desperate according to someone I can't remember since I'm sleep deprived atm decreases moral by a measly 5 5/50? So that would have to trigger 5 times in order to debuff someone one rank? Weak |

wait a minute wait a minute, organization is just above average? That's literally the "fearless" skill from GCR.
It does ESPECIALLY well on navy which only has 1 stack
