 Artillery Leader (Excellent)Effect: 12% Chance to attack again after firing 24% chance to attack again after firing.Aside from Aura, easily the best skill an artillery general can have as it can lead to double damage essentially. Since artillery generals cannot be counterattacked at range by most units, this skill is so good it would make a bad artillery general ok. Kind of like this post, all of the skills will have a paragraph written underneath. Once each particular post for each particular skill is made, we can debate my reasoning behind placing each skill in each category |

True, but wolfpack also buffs nearby ships so its better than torpedo expert Okay let's take reference, If 24% chance to attack again can be up there with their unit's respective aura skill I think 24% damage every attack should also be up there Also why is Panzer leader above average and not excellent like it's counterparts? 1. 24% chance to attack again can stack multiple times. And with a bunker, in a heavy tank, or artillery units this leads to devastating damage really quickly. 24% extra damage is a great skill, but its not as good as the commander skills. 2. Leclerc would be a better general if he had tide of iron instead of panzer leader. Panzer Leader is only particularly good on heavy tanks, otherwise is just ok |

So the crit rate, is that basically +24% critical hit rate the same as +24% chance to crit,

Imo it is much more useful for new players to search through the forum about particular SKILL which could be discussed in a separate thread. Most of the skills are obvious. But there are some that could raise a discussion. And here we have a GUIDE from the player who.. has no real experience with most of these skills. I see no reason to create a GUIDE based on such inexperienced opinion. What concerns "our input".. You'll never find useful information in the thread which has 4 pages in 4 hours after it was created. It's ridiculous. P.S.: What exactly is rude? Truth? |

Ah, come on. Look at the forum. It is full of guides from inexperienced player restarting this or that game from time to time. Let's hope the guide will not become obsolete after regular restart. Probably I "went too far". But there always should be someone saying things most consider "too far". So, why not. I am in the proper mood I don't what to say to you then. Pride in being solely responsible for saying things that "need" to be said will usually be taken too far. This kind of mindset is a shaky justification for doing things that are hurtful. |
