Why did Germany actually surrender? It's hard to fight a war when your army is running out of supplies and men and your populace is starving.

A lot better. Germany would be able to import food, nitrates, etc. Secondly, the German navy would actually be able to do something meaningful.

Russia would have been, but they withdrew later so because of which it freed German soldiers in the East.

That Blockade didn't save Russia from getting destroyed and if Bolsheviks agreed to the terms earlier,The effects of Blockade would have been reduced by 1918 spring offensive

The war was ultimately won by Allied powers

Germany would have more supplies and more charged up, fresh soldiers then Germany did not lacked supplies, even they do not have lacked food if they had left some population for farming and victory in the East solved their problem for food. Germany never lacked weapons and ammunitions in the whole war thanks their massive industry larger than British.

And how does victory in the East solve that problem? It's just that the soldiers are alive and are transferred from the east to the west. And if Germany never lacked Weapons and Ammunition, then why couldn't they clear the blockade?

Blockade didn't meant they didn't traded at all, they traded through neutral countries especially Sweden, which provided them raw materials like Iron.
