Its already maxed at 5 stars and the only thing to change would be color which is not much

Reform suggestion:
Set the Captains with same color stars as lower ranks.
Set Colonel stars at Seafoam, not Green
Set General Stars at Blue, not Silver
Now we have 3 colors for use in higher ranks
