I think Napoleon Bonaparte. Scared the entire Europe and has one of the best field records in History. Also performed well against well trained militaries.

Poor Genghis Khan and Alexander the Great they had the biggest empires in history (and John Marston you only had 3/4 of Europe while Genghis had 3/4 of Asia and 1/4 of Europe)

Napoleon made many revolutionary changes. Some of the rules of Napoleonic code are still followed. He set the course for all the events happed in 19th century (at least partly or indirectly).
