So I am relatively new to this game and I have some game mechanic questions I wanted to ask.
1. How does Panzer Leader stack with the existing 60%? Is it multiplicative or additive? If it is multiplicative that is a 70% chance while if it is additive it is an 85% chance.
2. How do all of these attack again overlaps work? For example, does MacArthur on a Cossak have a 70% chance or a 85% chance to attack again?
3. How does attack bonuses stack? For example, wiking has a 45% attack boost against infantry, and the skill sniper gives 25%. Does it stack additively for 70% or multiplicatively for ~80%?
Obviously these questions will a be a bit hard to answer because of luck, but if some modders have access to game files and formulas that would be great.
Note: I rounded 24 up to 25 every time because it's very close.

No. PL and The 60% attack again both work independently same goes for Mac IL and Cossack (Actually you don't need IL for Cossack it frequently trigger the ability of second chance to attack ) 3. They probably stack together. (I don't have Mannerheim so i don't really know about it(

For your Question 3, the percentage damage bonus stacks additively with other bonus in the same category. And in case you are interested, the flat damage bonuses (e.g. Tide of Iron, terrain fighting, etc.) are unaffected by other factors like defense, crit, and even the percentage damage bonus. randomperson , what do you mean by Multiplicative? Let's say I have a white death (For 55% extra inf damage), a machine gun bunker (For 30% extra inf damage) and Mannerheim (for 24% extra inf damage). Then, if it were additive it would be 55%+30%+24%=109% extra damage. If it were multiplicative it would be 1.55*1.3*1.24=2.498 or about 150% extra damage.

Victory rush works with planes right...because I bought Kesselring recently and I am not seeing a lot of difference between low morale attacks and high morale ones.

In my opinion Kesselring is better than Yamamoto unless you can afford a general exclusively for carriers. Kesselring can be our second Infantry general in land battles, while Yamamoto is almost useless on land. Air strikes are less efficient in land battles (there are a couple of notable exceptions though, the battle of Washington, for example), but, at least, Kesselring is a reliable Infantry general, who can be quite effectively used as a paratrooper.

Victory Rush does NOT work with Aeroplanes. Damnit I should've gone with Yamamoto. Kesselring rocks, Use his Victory Rush with an infantry unit, he got decent speed which can be used in flank attacks+ airdrop attacks on the flanks of the enemy. He won me 1944WF Operation Sealion and Battle of Atlantic through land battles and final air domination and airdrops. No regrets, great choice:)

Kesselring can be our second Infantry general in land battles, while Yamamoto is almost useless on land. Even as a paratrooper infantry, he has air but no Base Attack. Even Model is better. Yamamoto (apart from being very useful in perfecting Pacific 42) is better at: attacking cities with air strikes, carriers, and IMO in a corollary to the first point, paratrooping. I despise using air gens in combat, and I use air a lot, so Yamamoto is far and away the best air gen. Kesselring is better on land, yes, and was better IRL, yes, but these things don't matter in this game. That's why I choose Yamamoto. I have both, Kesselring being older and nearer to my heart. However, in advice, I must give the better option, who is Yamamoto.

However, in advice, I must give the better option, who is Yamamoto. I haven't used air strikes in land battles at all (with only a couple exceptions), because I find them unreliable and overpriced. There are many better ways to spend our limited resources. I didn't have Kesselring but I bought Yamamoto and that was a single decision I really regret. Another Admiral to help Doenitz in naval battles or Kesselring who is a decent Infantry general (you always can find targets with low moral plus he has 3 Infantry stars) are better than Yamamoto.

He performs great for the price. Naval battles aren't common and air force is situational. You can take as much use from Kesselring, he contributes in both land and naval battles. Yamamoto, is only air, and you got better free options for navy and naval generals are not necessary. That's it. Kesselring offers more than Yamamoto.

After using him a bit, I think that Kesselring is definitely a great general and probably much better than Yamamoto. Why? Outside of airstrikes, Yamamoto offers nothing (you can't exactly use your carrier as a battleship). Meanwhile, Kesselring does pretty good damage as an infantry. If you attack a low-morale unit, he does more damage than Rundstedt (provided no IL) and only a little less than Yamashita. He does lack in survivability, but I just use him to parachute in and finish off some weak units.
Also (this goes for Yamamoto too), he can finish off heavy artillery in 3 fighters or 2 bombers which is actually a positive trade (It costs 32 to recruit a heavy arty). It's really good for killing Zhukov/Govorov sitting behind lines with a Katyusha.
