聽聽聽聽Uhhhh no? 1. I have never seen the enemy do only 4-6 damage to you even with FS. 2. Guerilla is still better. It is on average 50% reduction while FS is 40%. Do the math and you 聽聽聽聽will see that 50>40. I agree IL>Bayonet. 聽聽聽聽1.4-6 damage if you are against Inf and Rundstedt also has FS so the damage will be that low (i has witnessed it myself) . Yama is better as Inf/Art Killer while Rundstedt is Tank Killer 聽聽聽聽give Rundstedt Grenadier+SF will be very useful since Rundstedt will get +65% damage reduction and Heavy Tank usually has high damage output towards inf. 2. No Guerilla has 50% 聽聽聽聽chance so you bet 50:50 meanwhile FS will trigger everytime you got attacked. And Guerilla won't triggered if enemy attacks you while fs will be triggered. 3. IL imo Better especially if 聽聽聽聽you give Rundstedt Cossack, he will kill all those Inf A special force is not a part of a general. Yamashita is good against Inf/Art because of wiking, not himself. Rundstedt is a tank killer because you gave him Grenadier. You can easily swap special forces. Also, for the axis you have Guderian+Leeb who are already great at killing tanks.[/quote] No i mean Grenadier is better for Rundstedt (Damage Reduction and giving Rundstedt Mobility) while Yama is better with Wiking (BC gives more Attack damage so Wiking will be very useful since Inf/art attack toward inf usually weaker/lesser) if you give Yama Grenadier (Basically he still strong but He just get 25% damage reduction) while Rundstedt with Wiking (Basically he doesn't have mobility and damage buff from his skill) So that's why Yama is better with Wiking and Rundstedt is better with Grenadier. Guderian and Leeb good at killing tanks ofc but sometimes it's too expensive to Replenish both Tank and Artillery so Usually you will send your inf until your tank or Arty gen can be replenished

But I will not be getting 2 axis inf, so I think that wiking is just superior. If you have rundstedt, you can just promote movement to make up for it. All in all I still think that Yama is better than Rundstedt, but only very slightly. Onto your second point. If you're being smart you should never need to replenish Leeb. You will need to replenish Guderian from time to time but blitzkrieg is pretty good survivability, reducing about 50% of the damage he takes when attacking. You should never put him in a spot where he will be attacked a ton by the enemy unless you're suiciding to take out a general or something.

I got both Yamashita and Rundstetd, Yamashita hits hard and I often use him to kill general tanks because guerilla triggers pretty often and I can bet on Leeb pulling off an attack streak with his Elefant.
Rundstetd is slow, so I give him transport truck(Elefant to Leeb, Panther to Guderian, Wiking/Grenaidier to Yamashita) and use him as an assistant to my Yamashita. He also hits hard, specially when his infantry leader goes for 2-3 attacks.
If ranked(in early game), I choose Yamashita over Rundstetd, since he is a gift in 1942 Pacific. In end game, I think it is a tie, both are great.

Another option is Parachute Jaeger because of it's paratroop and ignore terrain abilities.

Most of the times, campaigns allow 3 SF at the beginning, If there is a extra slot, I go for a situational Special force or just on Torino for the movement.
At the moment, I haven't used promotion on any Special force, I haven't gathered enough cards.

My men, Rundstedt on an HT has +10 dmg and you literally have to try to kill him if you want him to be dead.

Also this is minor but it is not +10 damage, it is +10 attack which can be more of less than +10 damage depending on who you're shooting.

What Gerd von Rundstedt mean is that if you want to kill Rundstedt you need to maximize all of your effort solely towards killing Rundstedt due to his FS (which means you need to use many units just to defeat 1 gen)

I mean if you are using him considering Plunder (huge on HT) and FS.
