So the new general belisarius came out( on ios rn but not yet android ) an intresting passive and a lvl 3 guerilla , calvaty commander and assult along with a level 2 plain fighting. And his passive allows increase effect on war gear against vitys by 50% and increase effects on garrison by 50%
Would like to know this forums opinion
costs 580 medals a gold tier general

His worst skill is Assault to Antony's Breakthrough, Guerilla to Antony's March, PF to Antony's Charge, and that OP NEW TALENT to Antony's Geography. He wins (by a long shot) on all accounts. IMO, that talent is second only to Inspire. War Gear is huge. Antony has nothing but movement (eh) and CavCom (shared). Belisarius adds real damage, and makes for a great city sieger.

Does that mean that in Belisarius case for example fire catapult Will do 90% damage to city and 15% to garnison instead of 60% and 10% in case of other generals?

Does the update also increase the number of general slots (from the current 18)? Even without Belisarius' update (the latest), GC:R allows for up to 18 non-IAP gens to be recruited from around the time of the Decisive Battles update. |
