Yes, Belisarius is the best, only I can not strengthen his skills, since they were removed from the store ... You don't need scrolls anymore. Just tap on a skill and upgrade it.  |

i will say Belisarius.
with this set up, if items and skill are accumulated together then Belisarius will have 50% Crits chance Critical %:
- Dragon Tripod: Always High Morale and HP Regen
- Assault Lv 5: add Crit % by 25% if Morale is High
- Golden Spear: Add 24 attack and Crit % by 15%
- Banner of Apollo: Maxed banner gives 10% Crit if General commanding a Cav unit
i can somehow confirm that my Belisarius does Crits more oftern after this set up and Belisarius able to crits way more often than other gens. So i think for now Belisarius is the best non-IAP Cav general for me

Belisarius is great, basically f2p Hannibal. I don't have him tho and he didn't exist 2 years ago. Anthony is great for conquest, but even then it's only if you just want to finish conquest ASAP, and you can just slow roll conquests with stronger generals like Hannibal or Belisarius. Sadly, Belisarius is the better pick overall.

He has the same crit chance with Huo. But Huo lacks another talent from Apollo banner, and Huo’s skill set not as good as his. I have to note that the Cavalry Tactic talent only add 10% crit chance when you attack (your turn to attack). So it’s 50% totally when you attack and 40% when counter attack. It seems that the Apollo banner is made for him, that makes other cav gens fall behind one big step. And how can you find that Dragon Tripod? |

No, unfortunately, andrei is a rare guest too nowadays and, I guess, the days of active competition are over. cojoncio asked the same question today. So we might create one after all. |

Huh, that's sad. I'll start posting ones for the Rome and Han. Also, in my absence no one improved on the previous records. I'll probably make another new thread rather than use the old one, depends on what i feel like.
