Who be me next general? i am in battle of smolensk + battle of kiev (1941 axis) and defense of moscow (1941 allies) This one pretty much fits the bill: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/16157/first-general-buy-pacific-1942If you're still stuck, an early MacArthur OR Rokossovsky (if you want an anti-tank, HT specialist) / Monty (average HT dmg with a little more survivability) OR Patton (average skills, but he can get rid of Panther and other SFs more easily) / Vatutin (slower, but better output). Your Axis lineup is good. Refer to the guides if you are stuck. Typhon is naturally tough. |

I was in your position Manfred von Richthofen, when I went for Donitz. I advise him for Pacific 1942. Then get Kuribayashi and Rokossovsky/MacArthur for North African front. |

What you need, my boy, is Ushijima instead. JK, although if you do, you would make my spirits glad. But seriously, now you need Mac. I got past Moscow, then did Uranus and Little Saturn. Next is Kutusov. I might be stuck on Battle of Voronezh (Axis) tho |

Mac was sort of disappointing for me. Also, Kuribayashi because he's cheap and he STILL HITS REALLY HARD. I 100% agree on what stoic said about inf generals in that thread. One more thing about Kuri is that he's just Rundstedt swapped with damage for survivability. |

One more thing about Kuri is that he's just Rundstedt swapped with damage for survivability. Um, Rundy still has more damage due to an extra star and IL. In addition, if you like tanks so much, why dost you hate Rundstedt. MacArthur is seriously the best allied gen in the game, he is a flawless infantry general. Seriously, the only way you could make him better would be AG for Raider. |

Finished Every Axis campaign (except special missions) but not perfect all.
I might be stuck on Dnieper offensive (allies). Any tips?
