3rd edition
Hello everyone and welcome to the 3rd edition of the EFC newsletter, brought to you by your very own Belgian forum idiot: Inactive user ! (Quick tip to refrain from using your real name when you are online!) In this newsletter, I'll be talking about the status of the forum on this moment. This newsletter is heavily inspired by the First and the Second version of the newsletter, made by Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr and John Marston respectively. Let's first thank them for their good ideas, and let's hope my version of this newsletter will be even half as good
I do hope that we can come closer and strengthen our bond as what started out as a small fan community into an international EasyTech games forum with members from the USA, Russia, Netherlands, the UK, France, Australia, Singapore, India, Romania, Belgium, lots of player from China who have found their way over to this community and all over the world. With that, we shall embark on the contents, and thank you all for your valued support!
Yours sincerely,

European war VII: Medieval
Behold! A new game is in production! If we are to believe Gerd von Rundstedt 's guess, the game will come out by the end of November, and they'll make it free on Christmas, just like they did with GOG3. Sadly, we have no clue as to if his guess is right, but we do know that the game will be out before the end of the year 2021. We do know quite a lot about the game already, mainly thanks to the FAQ answered by the developers on Facebook. If you have any questions, you can go check there. Alternatively, You can also preregister via this link: preg.ieasytech.com/ma/ so we can find out more about the game, and gain bonus resources while doing so! We have already been introduced to the equipement system and the promotianal poster, and we need 2k more registrations to get 50000 coins. So, get your friends to register so you can enjoy those sweet rewards!
A few characteristics of the game are:
- It will have no tech, or just little tech.
- The map will be more like the old WQ2 map, with regions instead of the classical hexes from GCR. So, it will work with regions again.
- It will be with "legions", meaning that multiple soldiers will be in one region, so they can support.
There are still many more things, but these are the most important ones. I'm starting to get very hyped about this game, aswell as pther forum members, and probably you too! Let's just hope it doesn't have any major flaws (looks at EW4 4-gen system).

Great conqueror rome
Business is booming! Thanks to the new 1.6 update and the 2.0, people have started playing this game again. A new conquest, 2 new generals (2 very good ones, at that), new campaigns, new missions, new gems, new banners,... What more do you want? You should definitely play this game (again) and try out all the new things. The difficulty isn't that hard either (atleast not if you follow Deleted 's General guide for GCR, which i definitely recommend. And although it's quite outdated, it still does the trick.) I'm kind of stuck on Rushing to Mutina though. Seems it becomes harder near the end . I feel sorry for the people who are playing the new campaigns right now.
European war 6: 1914
And here you have it: my favorite ET game (yet). It has everything you want: Changing skills, very good non-iap gens, good and easy conquest, a whole bunch of free gens, ... It's also relatively easy, so it is definitely worth playing, even if you have finished it already. There are also some users still active on this part of the forum, so you will still get an answer when you place a question here. All in all, still a very active board, and an enjoyable game. Also, I'm not even gonna start to explain how many general slots you get in this game, but here's a meme that does the trick:
Glory of generals 3
This game is still in the peak of it's glory. It hasn't been out for that long anyway, so if you post a question here, you will get a guaranteed answer, unlike in other games (looks at GOG2). If you want to play this game, do it now before EW7 comes out, because everyone will be migrating to that board then. This game is also quite good, but has some flaws: Poor to no general upgrade system, an absolutely horrible conquest mode, quite expensive generals, nevertheless, it's still good and a worthy game.
EW6: 1804
This board has gone stale. Almost no activity can be seen here, apart from the occasional poster. EW:6 1804 fans! We need your help! Go revive this board! Maybe make a few guides? Or create a beginners walkthrough? I have no idea what you can accomplish, and maybe you can even draw more people to this game. Or perhaps you can also try to break some Official speedrun records? You can find them here, and if you break them, you can be added to the prestigious World's fastest Conquerors group!
European war 5
European war 4: Napoleon
As John Marston once remarked: "This one is something - Slow and Steady", and there isn't much else to say about this board. It's still receiving updates, but i expect it will die down soon, with the new game on the way. There are still some important people creating guides for this game, like our very own EW5 wizard who has completed the game multiple times and has lots and lots of experience: Iron Duke !
European war 4: Napoleon
Ah, John Marston 's favorite ET game: EW4. However fun the game is though, this board is dying out. There are still a bunch of players here, like 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘴𝘬𝘺 , littlecorporal , NetherFreek and John Marston , but the general people have lost their interest. It's time to change that. We can't let 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘴𝘬𝘺 's research be in vain! He has discovered and researched lots of stuff, and this makes this game the most researched ET game. You know what? I have a challenge for all of you: Go revive this board, and keep it alive. If you manage this, I'll read through the entire almagest of EW4! (I'm gonna regret saying this, won't I? )
World conqueror 4
World conqueror 3
GoG 1, Pacific and GoG2 are
EW3, EW2,EW, WC2,WC1, 3KC, Parking stars,...

Still a pretty active board, and still quite a bunch of players here. Lots of questions, lots of answers and just a fine trio of boards. Don't forget that this one also has some official records! (I'm too lazy to search for them though, so i'll generously leave you to do that ). No special revives needed here, but as they always say: Better safe than sorry!
World conqueror 3
This game is on it's very last legs. Practically NO activity can be seen here, and I don't suspect there ever will be anymore. This classic, originating from 2015, has reached the end of it's life. But don't let this scare you away. One person can accomplish a lot of things, and a group of them even more. You can perhaps try to revive this board by reviving certain parts of it, like the Kill count challenge? More on that here!
GoG 1, Pacific and GoG2 are
Ded. Don't let this deter you from starting a big project though! You will still get the recognition for doing it, and you will help new players! Maybe you can create some new guides? Or rework the libraries? So many possibilities, so many choices. It might rekindle the boards, and you will forever be famed as the saviour of "insert board name here!". (Nah jk, but you know what I mean. )
