Yeah, I've seen that one, but haven't watched the whole video. What infuriates fans is that Luke is totally contrary to Legends Luke. In Legends he's a super powerful jedi who revives the jedi order by training a bew generation. In the films he's a senile and paranoid old man.
Yeah, the problem isn't the potential, but the lack of training. He literally uses the force before any even Anakin or Luke couldn't do that.
But not only Rey and Luke, but the plot itself is ridiculous and total nonsense and it will be even more nonsense in Rise of Skywalker if yoh watch it. Not only that, but his character is completely different even to Luke in ROTJ. There, even though the resistance is extremely outnumbered, he still goes with them on what could be seen as a suicide mission on Endor in order to save his father. Here he just gives up and decides to live a hippie life.
The way I would have written it is to make Luke retreat to Ahch'To to study Jedi texts and train himself, but with every passing day he senses Kylo Ren becoming more entrenched in the dark side and he slowly starts to lose hope.
I kind of actually don't mind that Rey can use the force, I just don't like TLJ's explanation of it. Everyone was interested in how Rey was so force-sensitive, but then TLJ just went and said "yeah no she just has it for no reason, deal with it", and essentially turned her into a Mary Sue.
I also agree, the whole Casino scene on Canto Bight seems really dumb, like it was there just for Disney to say "oh look we're hip and cool and we put political messages in Star Wars hur dur" or to make toy sales |

Coleman Trebor is great too. In all Seriousness, I would think Legends Luke is the strongest, but in Canon, Yoda has the greatest understanding of the force bar Palpatine. |

Alright guys I just watched Rise of Skywalker today
And it's... pretty bad, yeah. I think it's the worst Star Wars movie by far.
But it's not my least favourite. I actually kinda liked parts of it, especially the second act
