i've got messe, guderian, konev, rommel, semi upgraded, i have 2.3k medals. I've finshed cold war normal, started doing some of the hard missions. For modern war, what is better to get, donitz or roko. I think donitz because i dont have navy gen yet and apparently you need 1 for modern war - not sure tho. Also donitz will allow me to do navy invasions so more medals i can potentially farm. I'm not interested in getting leeb at this stage, i think i can survive without him even for hard modern war if i upgrade my core generals and i bring in roko after donitz. What do you think?

I'm getting atleast 1000 medals a day, maybe more. I'm not struggling on land and i manage to finish all missions very fast because i S/L. I tend to spam submarines in missions where there is navy because i have no navy general and my navy tech is not upgraded much so donitz seems a better choice. It depends on what you are having trouble with. If you are having trouble on land, get Roko. Having trouble at sea, get Donitz/Nimitz. Rokko's sixth star is a total waste of medals. Dönitz costs around 3000 medals itself and then you need level 5 rumour. I would go for Dönitz first for domination and then Rokossovski. |

Donitz since you don’t have a navy general, and he can rumor lock enemies anyway. |

I'm just going through all the campaign missions really quick and 3 staring them first attempt, and i'm grinding exercises + challengse in domination fast as well. other days i will focus on new conquest and getting the S rank rewards which give lots of medals. Basically i'm speedrunning this game so i will finish everything in 2 weeks so each day i farm a lot of medals. Also i understand nimitz is a great general but he is not necessary for me to complete this game. I play for efficiency, i don't care about anything else. i only need the minimum so thats why i don't buy generals like leeb or nimitz who won't benefit me much. |

torvestareturn, get Donitz. upgrade him. Then if you have 40% discount on Nimitz you have 2 choices: 1. sell donitz soul for nimitz. 2. ignore nimitz. Get rokossovsky once you maxed roko's skills

Nimitz can actually be 1,200 health in double stacked cruiser. its work to get him once u complete his missions Nimitz's rank, Camouflage and Ace Forces make him survive pretty well, but he lacks damage. Dönitz on the other hand has the same rank, Fleet Leader (which Nimitz has too, but one level lower), Depot Ship (survivability) and most importantly level 4 Wolfpack which makes surrounding ships hit like there was a general on them. |
