Are you tired of searching for guides that don't exist, so you have to ask for a guide, and wait for hours just to get a response? Are you tired of having to read a guide that is outdated due to the release of new updates? Well don't you worry, you're not the only one. I decide to pitch a group idea to Saltin ,and I have his blessing. I need some members for the new group tho. I don't have a name for the group yet, was thinking guide makers or the mathematekoi or something, but I'm not really too concerned about the name. What I am concerned about is the goal and purpose of the group. Here are the goals of the group: 1. Keeping guides up to date 2. Completing guides for every campaigns, conquests and other modes in different E.T games 3. Keeping tabs on conquest records and other special records 4. Discuss about strategies in different E.T games, along with strategies that were put in guides to make the guides more streamlined and efficient In short, the goal is to keep guides of the different games up to date, to review the guides of others for the purpose of improving said guide, and to make guides and time used in making them efficient. The requirements for joining are a follows: 1. Willing to review/make a guide. 2. Active for atleast 1 day a week in the forum. 3. Has completed atleast 2 Easytech games. 4. Knows about logical and cognitive biases. 5. Should atleast have more than 1000 posts, and most of those posts should be related to Easytech games. For the fifth requirement, it can be ignored if one is a member of the world's fastest conqueror group, as it means you are skilled and knowledgeable enough of the game. John Marston , since you're the most active one in EW4, i would add you once the group is created.

*Sad more than 1000 posts sounds*
For the other requirements:
1. Made more than 10 guides, willing to do more when I have time
2. Active almost everyday on the forum, well if there’s things to do on the forum
3. Completed GOG3, almost completed WC4 (the terrorists missions are just a pain in the rectum) and GCR (still got a few campaigns to perfect clear)
4. I guess
5. Realizes the problem... mental breakdown
Joke aside, I’m 100% supporting that group. I feel that it’ll guide new users in direction of the people that are willing to answer their questions.
Would ne even better if members are assigned a game or two were they would be the “main question answerer”.

Don't worry about the 1000 post requirement, i'm a bit lenient on that one i considered 2000 posts but i think that's a lot, and most of the active guide creators haven't reached 2000 posts yet. I'll just add something there aside from the WFC title substitute requirement. The point of that requirement is to know how active you are and how much you contributed to helping other players in the different games.

I planned to simply name it The Maroon Group, or T.M.G, as i plan to request for Saltin for the color of the group to be Maroon, or simply guide creators or librarians. Mathematikoi also sounds cool, but it isn't really math related aside from damage numbers and such. It isn't really too important in the grand scheme of things.

I am liking the idea of this group, with so many game patches and updates and sometimes just players discovering new strategies and tactics there is always a need to brush and revise existing guides. There is already a group that is somewhat similar but the goals are a bit different i think so there should be plenty of room for both groups to function.
I hope there is interest in this, it looks promising!

Looks good to see a new group born, many many greetings for this
I also want to join this group The requirements what I lacks- Now I am only playing only wcq4 (playing frontier missions now, scenario completed). I previously played wcq3, after much progress the game many times experienced crashes finally I had to delete the game and started playing this wcq4 Fells sad for not completing that game😥
Edit: Another qualifications I lacked is 41 more posts(hope it comes early)

As for games, as long as you know the game and can make guides on them, you're good.

stoic, you interested? Since you're pretty much an expert in the majority of E.T games, would be an asset if you would join and assess different guides put out by the group, as well as make guides from time to time.

Yeah, sure... I am a lazy person to create guides on a regular basis, but they are very important indeed for new players. I always liked your guides, btw. They always had a valuable information and were written in good style and with a sense of humour. So, I am glad that you are back!
