Only for CaptainI can make an alliance with the goverment, but I have a few terms:
1. All large factories, farms and enterprises will be nationalised on republican controlled Spain.
2. The Republic of Spain will recognise us and give us full atonomy on land the CNT/FAI (anarchists) control (see map on Spain 1). On this land, there will be no lord, no state, no leader. Once the provinces of Zaragoza and Navarra are liberated, they will be part of this anarchist territory.
3. The anarchist militias will have full liberty from the control of the state and the right to choose their leaders.
4. Representatives of the Confederación Nacional del Trabajo and Federación Anarquista Ibérica will be taken to the goverment and republic as well as representatives of POUM if they wish.
5. The republican goverment will not let the Spanish Communist Party or any other Stalinist and counter revolutionary groups or parties or groups or parties representing any other internal or foreign counter revolutionary groups or parties take power in the goverment or the republic. No Stalinist forces will enter Anarchist territory without authorisation.
We are republicans!
I have seen the map, so only red coloured provinces are ours
Can you exactly say the provinces which will be under my control?

We can join forces against our common enemy, the fascist tyrants and rebels, because we are stronger when our forces come together. Also, of course, there were multiple reasons why the Republicans could not win in the real-life Civil War, but one of them was that they could not join forces, on the contrary, they even fought among themselves. If we want to win, we must not make this mistake.
We do not expect any benefits in return for the alliance. All I ask of you are Spanish Republic be in the Comintern, permission for my army to move in your lands in the war against Rebels, a few military bases and naval escort so that we can assist and support you in battle (because I'm not even in Iberian peninsula, so how can I send help there without these?)
We may have some ideological differences with anarchists, but what difference does that make? Moreover, these problems are solvable, and actually they are not even a problem. Because even though our tools and ways are different, our aims are similar: a classless, free, equal, fraternal world... And it would certainly be better if we were allies rather than Fascist domination. As the USSR we respect the sovereignty and ideology of the Anarchists and expect the same from them. And we aim to strengthen the positive relations between us.
But if we do not join forces, then the winners will be foreign invaders and bloody fascist tyrants, who will wither the beautiful land of Spain with blood and destruction...

Of course, the choice is yours. Only for Eugene V. Debs and CaptainI agree, but the FAI will not allow any foreign or communist party fighers on anarchist territory without the FAIs authorisation. The USSR's communist party brigades can fight on Captain's territory. Also, the USSR will not attempt to manipulate any elections or the goverment. We don't have anything against a new ally, but we don't want our comrades to be purged and persecuted like in real life. |

1- in the Pyrenees
2- in the Catabrican mountains
3- in the Almanzor
For this operation, I will need financial support and nothing else, I already have the bureaucracy in place for support the fronts. Each of these guerillas will be small in number but will slowly grow to invade neighbouring regions. The main guerilla will be in the Pyrenees since it can invade all of northern Spain, useful for us as it creates a second front. The Catabricans will allow us to invade the conservative regions of Castilla y Léon. The Almanzor will help for Toledo. As you read this, operations will have started all around Spain. All I need is your support, so are you in ?
