but infantry need a great infantry general such as Rundstedt/Yama/Mac/Kuri/..., to actually maximize their upside such as paratrooping and easily heal losses

I am putting some effort into this finally. I brought the Manstein, Zhukov, and victory medal IAP. I brought Leeb for the axis and passed through the Western Front 1939 from the axis side.     I am trying to figure out which of the special forces I should focus on upgrading. Is there a special forces guide/rating somewhere? Sf imo is good but not overall too decisive for you early on but gradually sf will have a big impact later on due to easy access of silver badges

It's also crucial to upgrade SFs if you want to use Rundstedt, Leeb, Vatutin, etc. effectively. t a u r u s |

i would suggest you should upgrade the kv 6 and katyusha first because it's one the best sf in the game,after that I think upgrade Panther and Elefant |

I dont use Panther on Guderian much  . I am completely f2p, so KV6, Katyusha and Elefant are one of my OP SFs (all maxed level, havent promoted yet though). Maus on Rommel, quite good, especially bc of the "morale will not decrease". |
