Oh wow, apparently this place has gone quiet for the most part; I have had some nostalgia about my older days here, so I wanted to get back into EasyTech a bit. Now a bit older and a bit wiser, I hope to actually do something with this little revival of mine.

Don't worry about the past 'misstakes' - It would be nothing like it is, if it hadn't been like it was. Life is a path that only becomes visible in the retrospective. Just some random thoughts, you know... 1. I think that Saltin is uh... a 'different' type of administrator. Many forums and Reddit sites talk freely about Russia - Ukraine conflict. Meanwhile here, I don't think we are supposed to. That doesn't mean that I don't support them. Saltin is a 'different' administrator because our forum is. It's a forum where people (technically) discuss how to wage wars (In game boards) and try their hand at them (In RPs)  . Maybe it really is required. In general, though I think he is a pretty good admin. I'd give him a 5-rating if he tells us why this... is banned   2. What is this about me popping up in a random time and talking about Saltin? Well, just as with Jeanne d'Arc, even I can't stay away from here for too long. However, I must say that with hindsight, my off time from the forum was really required. I was burnt out and feeling bored here. There are other reasons like inactivity of boards and members, but primarily it was because of spending too much time. I did really learn a lot, in fact a lot more in the past 2 years than in my entire life both academically and socially and so much personal and non-personal things have happened during off time. I'll be back again here by june-july next year. I did miss so much ET stuff.
Also, it was a pleasant surprise seeing Warlord247 and Jeanne d'Arc the best here again. Now that GOG3 is inactive, do you plan to spam that board with pro-Ushijima threads Gerd von Rundstedt? Or is it a thing of the legends now . How's our happy bro Kliment JefremovitΕ‘ VoroΕ‘ilov? Everything fine yo? (HAH! Try beating that!). Hey ππ³π°π΅π΄π¬πΊ and Eugene V. Debs! Hope things are going well. |

Though my life is mostly devoid of any fun, I'm actually enjoying my studies. how about you? I've been great! I have a gf now, we've been dating for a little over 3 months. My studies have been... well, not the best... I got super sick for a week, and now I'm behind on two research papers. The stuff I've been studying is interesting though! I especially like my history paper, It's over whether capitalism caused slavery, or the other way around (In America). My stance is that Capitalsim caused slavery, and my paper is going to travel through the history of slavery, from the enslavement of Amerindians, to the end of Neo-slavery at the dawn of WW2. Otherwise I haven't been up to much. I have a laptop now so I can finally use steam lol. That's about all |
