Random Area XVI: The Random Menace

Yeah, activity has been REALLY slow for the past month I'd say. It's probably because WC4 activity finally bit the dust and there haven't been any super relevant updates besides EW7 (no one cares about wc3 lol).

True, once the school year starts every year activity goes way down. I'm in university so this doesn't affect me but I know there's a lot of people who are in high school.

I managed to go the whole pandemic without getting Covid and then this year I think I got it within a week and a half of in-person learning lol.

ig thats the main problem with ET games, pushing new content to draw new players, while leaving og favorites to languish from underdevelopment. This isnt a bad thing per se cuz we all love new stuff, but its kinda rushed ig, hard to keep track and be fully satisfied with a game. Their flagship, wc4, isnt as perfect as it could have been but we shall leave it at that...

Well, most of our main players have gone offline since the beginning of this year, and the board has stagnated mostly (except for some shortlived RPs) since the Spanish Civil War RP (which you participated as well), because of the serious lack of enough players. After the 500 BCE RP, which is the latest biggest (compared to the other ones for a while) RP, had stopped, the board stagnated for a while again (except for Gerd von Rundstedt 's African Comedy of Errors), as unfortunately there was, and still has been a very serious lack of players to launch a new RP, and then for that RP to continue consistently even if it starts.
However, a while ago, we started the Second World War RP with a new system we are experimenting, which consists of dices (which haven't been used for a very long time in RPs). This RP has been sort of going, however, unfortunately, we still do not have enough players (there have been only 4 active players recently) on the boards, which means that if even one member goes offline for more than a few days, this might make the RP stop again. In the same way, even one new participant is really important and vital for the future of the RP and can really help to stop this stagnant period that we have had for a long while on the board.

So, anyone who is reading this right now, please feel free to join, or to at least take a look at the link below, the RP board needs you, and this can help us a lot.
