Badoglio is a cheap Leeb that is almost as good. Then get MacArthur.

Right now you have both Mannerheim and Model. You should not need another allied Commander (maybe a second infantry if you'd like), but get Leeb/Badoglio, the Rundstedt, then a second allied infantry, Axis air, allied navy.
