This is my guide for Republic of China (ROC) in 1950, and in my opinion it's good for resource farming. This conquest can be completed within 65 turns. You don't need a lot of preparations to follow this guide:
Must haves: Guderian, high tank tech, 8 hex air range, MRB
Recommended: 2 artillery generals
In this play through I will use Govorov and Crerar as arty gens.

The Republican Encirclement
You start in Burma and Taipei, with PRC waiting to finish you off after South Korea. Use the generals at Taipei to attack Hong Kong and paratroop into it. Build a tank at Burma and put Guderian on it. Now use these 2 generals to attack Chongking. Build a field artillery (and place an arty gen) to support them, and capture Chongking when you defeated the super tank. Then send all your generals to take Bangkok.
An important tip: move your units away from cities after they are lightly fortified, the enemy will be more unlikely to nuke them.
After South Korea is defeated, the swarm of Chinese generals will now attack Hong Kong and Taipei. No need to defend those cities, instead make paratroopers to walk into Manila and Tokyo once they're empty. From Tokyo paratroop into Osaka and Sapporo which will be empty as well.
Tokyo will receive nukes every now and then, just build a motorised infantry whenever that happens. Timoshenko will attempt to capture Japan, so drop missiles on him whenever you can.
Journey to the West
After taking Bangkok, move the generals to Africa and take the Soviet cities. Guderian can be used to take the city further left. Create armored cars and attack Egypt along with your generals.
Create a rocket artillery in Chongking (and put an arty gen on it) and use it to take Indian cities. If you have sufficient income you can start attacking Iran.
From the Burma city produce armored cars and capture all the small cities. Be careful not to trigger enemy paratroopers. After taking Saratov head to Moscow, where the Soviets may greet you with a super tank. Prepare 2 nukes which will be used after capturing Moscow.
Fall of WTO
Nuke Minsk, Kiev and paratroop into them. Move the armored cars at Moscow to capture Leningrad and Riga. Produce armored cars from Minsk and Kiev to attack Poland.
From Egypt take Iraq, Iran, and other Soviet-controlled cities.
If you lost Taipei and Manila, use missiles from Tokyo on Taipei, and paratroop from Osaka. Then, missile and capture Manila. Nuke-take Shanghai, Peking, Chongking and Khabarovsk. You must do all of this in one turn, so ensure you have sufficient nukes and money ready.
Now use your nukes and finish off the rest of WTO. Tip: focus on cities with tier II+ airfields, which prevents enemies from retaking their cities. Congratulations!
