Is it worth spending resources trying to complete bonds? I’m thinking about purchasing either Narses or halfdan to complete either of those bonds but both of the generals are meh in my opinion. Especially in the case of halfdan I’m not sure how useful naval capabilities will prove to be yet, although he is less expensive he’s not narsesarily cheap.

At first I thought that bonds between Belisarius and Narses are not good enough to invest in it. But after I did some experiments with a legion: Counter infantry/charge cavalry/archers I think Narses could be very good at commanding it too. This legion is good at defence as well as offense, so, it is worth trying it, at least. So, now I wouldn't condemn Narses right away. And in comparison to Belisarius the speed of such legion of Narses will be 10 instead of 8!

Its description is vague. +%DMG and +%DMG received. Received? Maybe the meaning is "inflicted"?

If so, it is a very strange skill.

This is good for when it's the AI's turn. Likewise for rage: both your attack and the enemy's attack increase. This could be a problem when you end turn and the enemy attacks you.

Halfdan can deal pretty much damage and he’s surely better than Aetius (sometimes even better than Belisarius on infantry). He and the other sad, blonde long hair Viking (yes, I don’t remember his name and I’m a bit rude) can immediately deal 20 or so % of damage receiving as much offence in percentage. In description is not displayed, but 9/10 you will also do critical damage.

The skill icon is visible on the unit during AI's turn blueberry the current round is also the AI’s one, and I replied not paying enough attention to what you wrote. However I’ve just saw something interesting: in the first Attila hero mission, apparently, during the AI’s turn (which should also fall under the “current round”) the enemy attack is not increased. I saw only more counter attack during my turn. Tell me if you’ve noticed the same thing. I did 20 times the same attack on the same unit with and without “rage”.

blueberry the current round is also the AI’s one, and I replied not paying enough attention to what you wrote. Yes, that's what I meant. One turn is made by your moves plus the AI's moves. No, I tried about 10 times both with Ivar and Lupicinus in the first Attila hero legend mission, and the damage taken/dealt is always more or less consistent with the skill's description (lvl 1 for Lupicinus, lvl 3 for Ivar). But I still haven't updated the game to the latest version, that might have caused some bugs, who knows. Or maybe it's a matter of the units you used. I used Ivar on double viking raiders and Lupicinus on single garrison spearmen (in this case I didn't take into account the times when the "counter" ability triggered).

Maybe it’s the update, I don’t know.

I took less damage and dealt more damage using that skill on Lupicinus with 2 Ravenna archers. 47/50 damage with rage 60 whitout I think there are some bugs around
