I unlocked noble cav and tried with the shield at lvl 7. It seems like Alfred deals the same damage with or without his shield, more or less, but it could be a matter of bad RNG. I'll try again when I have enough mithril to upgrade it to lvl 9. Bro, I don’t know what “RNG” is. Is it like a sort of drug? Yes, it's like LSD it's random number generator, that is to say the random variation in damage you can do. 10% more damage is difficult to notice, since damage can vary quite a lot

Please let me know when you get them. I know andrei too has this problem. I unlocked noble cav and tried with the shield at lvl 7. It seems like Alfred deals the same damage with or without his shield, more or less, but it could be a matter of bad RNG. I'll try again when I have enough mithril to upgrade it to lvl 9. With Barrier of Sword at lvl 9, I tried again with and without it. The 30% bonus works (though it should add some more damage than what I've seen). I used Alfred on triple noble cav (lvl 3) in the first stage of Spear of Belisarius. With the item he dealt about 485-500 damage when charge didn't trigger at all, 700-740 with only one unit charging, 940-980 with 2 units charging, 1100 with 3 units charging. Without it, it was 400-420 (no charge), 580-610 (1), 760-790 (2), 940 (3) With the item: Without it:

I will reinstall the game and repeat previous testing in your same hero chapter this time. Thank you bro, this is a very accurate report for the entire community and should be highlighted.

Thank you bro, this is a very accurate report for the entire community and should be highlighted. It seems that damage increases by about 20% instead of 30%. This means that lvl 1 and lvl 9 bonuses aren't cumulative, it just means that when it's at lvl 1 the bonus is 10% and when it's at lvl 9 it's 20%. I was hoping for a 30% bonus ...

I did some tests and I dealt ~683 without shield and ~703 with it on the second attack. I think I’ll try downloading the android version to make more confrontations.

You must take into account the enemy defence. You showed a variation from ~400 to ~500 (a 20 percent would be +80 or 60 due to hostile defence).

Defense shouldn't matter as long as you attack the same target for your comparison. That's assuming that dmg multipliers are applied after the atk <-> def calculations, which has always been the case in easytech games so far.

It’s a bit over it as if it was 25%... I don’t know if Easytech is making some corrections these days or is it just me with my bugged version of the game The fact that damage boost applies after the attack could be proved by stats itself which remain the same with or without Alfred’s unique. Or maybe it’s a bug just like in Conquests when you appoint Alfred consul and it is shown in his base stats after(sorry I said “before” ) your personal upgrades.

I can claim my Alfred did 300/400/800/1200 damage without and with charge. Now after the reinstalling of the game I see more consistency and a +20% of damage. To me it’s a real saddoty that not all 3 knights charge as one of them starts (is it a sort of comical insubordination?) and this leads to prefer more those generals with outburst.

Taking another look at the screenshots I've posted, I see that the enemy's morale decreases a lot more when Alfred has his item. Not really important, though, since we care more about annihilating the enemy, rather than demoralizing it...
