You can always upgrade Nelson also for just a small sum. You can give him stars. But his skills simply can't support as much speed as Isabela's or even Davout/Moreau That's why I considered him as "slow", no Engineering/Geography makes him cannot as fast as cavalry/infantry. |

Ge can go 4 spaces on heavy artillery if properly equipped and trained. That's faster than Cav and fast enough for me |

Your actually lucky you have mountains. There are only few hills in Illinois and I love hiking on mountains.
