After completing all special chapters available for a f2p player so far, I believe, El Cid's Raid is the most profitable Raid (again, for f2p players) in the long run.
Yes, Conquistadors are not the best T6 unit out there, but it is the only one T6 unit that f2p players can literally "farm" on a regular basis. I hope they will give us more tickets eventually (probably as rewards for arena fights), so that the process could be less painful than it is now.
Besides, we get 40 war souls in addition to Conquistadors. Not a minor deal in my opinion.
Nur ad-Din's campaign was the most difficult for me personally out of all special chapters. It requires some investment in Camel raiders and archers, and since I haven't even unlocked these units, I had some difficult times to keep my allies alive (and that was a winning condition on several occasions). Yet, Nur ad-Din's Raid doesn't make any sense for f2p players since they don't have access to his weapon. Without it Camel archers are a good unit, but not that good to make it a priority for spending our tickets. At least, for now.
Without his weapon Nur ad-Din is only a decent general hardly worthy of any investments. I only bought him because of his special chapter.
Alfred's Raid is slightly behind El Cid's. Noble cavalry has solid stats, so, an option to farm this reliable T5 unit is always welcomed.
Cnut's Raid has two mercenary orders in addition to Vikings, but, definitely not the best place to spend our tickets.
I was very disappointed that they refused to give Belisarius' weapon to f2p players. This weapon isn't game-changing, and it could make many players (including myself) happy. Bad decision, imo. I like Legion spearmen nonetheless.
Attila's Raid is probably less spectacular of all, because we have plenty of opportunities to get Ravenna crossbowmen outside Raids
I hope andrei and other players will share other Raids with us, as well as their opinion on best Raids in EW7.
