Everyone should be swimming in Hearldy at this point I personally only have 39. I still have 44 even after upgrading Baldwin IV and Fredrick

Seems okay, not as good as Barbarossa or Alfred, but okay. Inches out ahead of Simeon. The rank is terrible unless you are swimming in Heraldry, in which case it's a godsend. Bad Active. All in all, okay. 3 stars. I would buy Alexios and Khalid over him though. Worth buying for the Hero Legend and nothing else. I would like to debate the Simeon thing. He has 3/5 the same skillset as Lancelot and the other 2 skills are trash. Get Lancelot instead of him, or better, get Simeon (who is better than Lancelot IMO), who has a better active, 2 glorious skills, 1 letdown skills, and 1 consul skill. 3/5 stars in quality, a hybrid cavalry general. don't know skill level because android lol

Personally Baldwin IV is the second or third best F2p Cav gen. He can deal high damage and even has more bonuses than Alfred for skills. However, unlike Alfred he lacks damage reduction and capability points. Can use as a secondary cav gen similar to Roland. 4/5

I've seen a lot people hyping Baldwin. He seems to be a top favorite of the second best non-IAP cavalry.

Lancelot packs the same 3 damage skills and at the same level, for 900 medals less. His other 2 skills are also not useless, unlike Baldwin's. I think it can be attributed to the long wait and cool mask.

I've seen a lot people hyping Baldwin. He seems to be a top favorite of the second best non-IAP cavalry. Who is the first one? Alfred? It is btw strange that the unique equipment of Cavalry gens is basically identical. Just a reskin. So it is mostly about the skills and active to choose.

Lancelot is still a good hybrid. However he has a way lower title and no hero legend. Baldwin's skill can be useful and his unique unit has a potentially good legion effect. Someone with "guardians of the Holy Sepulchre" (like yuanzhong the god grinder) should test this effect on the battlefield.

Roland is also a candidate for a second but he is purely on the melee cav side, and Baldwin more on the charge cav. The Simeon hype in baidu has dissipated quite a bit after the nerf. They are identical in a good way though. Unit of expertise + damage bonus/reduction are the best kinds of unique items. What I heard is damage bonus/reduction is not affected by being equipped by a different general.

I am still not sure about him. Without his weapon his active skill is on 5 turns cooldown. It's too long to be a reliable instrument imo. I would prefer Roland or even Simeon on every given day. A weapon hidden behind a pay wall is a big disadvantage of "f2p" generals with p2w weapons. I will buy him only to play his special chapter.

We do have Immortality as a trump card to boost a general without a unique item. From my observation, people see Roland as a melee cav general. If non-IAP Baldwin is used as a charge cav general then they would be on different tracks. Simeon is considered more or less obsolete after the nerf. I've seen people advising others to not get him every now and then.
