I used 3 generals. Richard and Sunicas for 'INTERCEPTION' skill and Caesar to refresh Sunicas.
.
On move 9 (i think) exit opens on north coast, move Baldwin there and you win.
.
Do this: Deploy Richard next to the enemy right side, Sunicas on his left. Caesar behind Baldwin (in middle). Turn 1 Baldwin swaps location with Caesar, while Richard immobilizes enemy. End turn.
Turn 2 Sunicas immobilizes enemy and Richard has a beer. Baldwin dreams of beaches in the north.
Turn 3 Richard is refreshed and immobilizes enemy again. Caesar uses his skill on Sunicas so he can do so next turn.
...meanwhile some party crashers arrive, very small infantry. Just keep Baldwin headed north.
..... repeat routine. Exit opens turn 9. Good luck.

Keep Baldwin from NorthWest to SouthEast
when the enemy army arrive use Aetius (because his ability) and use him to kill 2 enemy troops. Continue playing with The Enemy principal troop (also kill the remaining enemy troop) in turn 9 (or 11 I really Don’t know) will appear a Red circle at the NorthWest. Put Baldwin there and finish the Game.
in the second Stage your best option is to let the enemy to kill your weak troops (except Baldwin) and use Your Gens to kill al the appearing enemy troops.
