Give him a final warning and if Moreau makes much as a peep or a squeak, ban him for a couple of days (or permaban if this isn't the first). Given the reasonable leniency the staff has shown in the past, I think enforcement wouldn't be harash in this present case. Honestly... Moreau already gave an admission of guilt to spamming as a guest. If this foolish fan shenanigans goes on another inch, I'm at the end of my patience and must protest to this. |

This issue is clearly not resolved as of yet. I do believe a temporary ban is well justified at this moment since there's multiple spamming coming up from a singular source. You and I know that the evidence may not necessarily hold up in a court of law, but it does point to Moreau because there's a lack of demostration to signify an alternative source.
Up to this point, is there any actual evidence that a second person is involved with the whole Mountbattenism?
I would suggest a tenative ban on Moreau to see if the guest spamming does continues on or not. Say... a week ban? I want to be sure that during the duration of the ban it needs to be long enough to confirm a lack of continued spamming, but not an eternity.
I'm not just putting this idea up here in a frivolous manner. By nature, a ban is a punishment and shouldn't be taken so lightly. If Moreau was only a scapegoat here, the worst to happen is a person was denied access to a gaming forum for a week because he had participated in a suspicious behavior in the past. For the record, there is a precedent for Moreau posting as a guest for the purposes of spam indeed. If he wishes to not be under a ban for suspected spamming, then why have he gotten himself in this type of behavior? He chose to associate himself with this type of problematic behavior.

1) I kinda agree to this
2) currently we don't have any Intel that who this guest is, it can be Moreau or it can be someone else (definitely not a robot because they can't post) so its definitely a guy who continues to bug us no matter what we do and is coming back slowly with his menacing material
3) a ban on Moreau if he didn't do it (this time) isnt the best thing, Moreau is still a guy and a member and putting a ban on him if he didn't do it this time can't happen
4) now you really scared me! (Well kind of ), there is a possibility like you afore mentioned that the guy might've been a member of some other forum but got banned and for revenge he got this forum, but this looks really situational to me
Nonetheless if you guys (everyone who's reading this) if you find another of his threads with all that random shoot then just report to us, we'll take care of it (and extra care this time)
In the meantime like I said, report any of his threads and message any moderator so we all (you and the moderators) can put an end to this

These Guest Spammers can't go forever.
If we ban the guest they will just go use another WiFi or their 3G or 4G.
I think the maybe the guest can post stuff in the froms but maybe before it get posted someone has to check it before it gets and make sure its a good thing they is acceptable
