I think the maybe the guest can post stuff in the froms but maybe before it get posted someone has to check it before it gets and make sure its a good thing they is acceptable
I have proposed the solution of having guests be able to post freely on existing threads, but any thread that they try to create will need approval by either the mod of the board OR any mod. I'm still waiting for a response by saltin. I sincerely think this will put an end to this.
Btw, a ban would certainly stop a veteran member like Moreau in my opinion.
