And I have a heavy suspicion that they are about to nerf Cataphracts too. If Clibanarii as a T5 unit have 4 skills, then, most likely, Cataphracts as T4 unit now have 3 skills. Let's see what they are planning to remove 😏...
In other words they force us to upgrade T6 units to remain competitive. It was my worst nightmare.
I personally think it is unfair to change the rules so late in the game, but I am afraid we can't do anything about it.

I think they will add new skills to T6 units, rather then removing skills from lower tiers. This should be the logical move. But we shall see. Logical was also to add ottoman generals in this update, but they didn't. 😉

Varangians are already nerfed without a general with composure, thanks to the counter damage of mounted archers. Now Blue Vikings and Hengdaos are a must

"Except for the unique equipment, only one piece of equipment with the same characteristic can be equipped" does this mean no doubling up on gold items anymore? items with 2 stats can not be used together if one of the stats is the same? and i was waiting for new territory equipment in shop and now they take it away before i ever get to it.

In the description for the clibanarii it says invulnerable to swords and spears. Combined with Tzimiskes' active it seems they will be invulnerable to ranged attacks every few turns. So, Tzimiskes might be a charge cavalry with excellent survivability, which usually is the biggest weakness of charge cav. Another comment is that for most campaign chapters they have introduced the most relevant generals. For example, in burning crusade, there are Richard, Saladin, Frederick, Philip, Baldwin, Nur Din, Zengi and less powerfull ones like Guy of Lusignan. However, in some chapters, Byzantine ones in particular they haven't done the same. Namely, in Macedonian Dynasty until now they only had Basil, Simeon and Olga as the only strong generals and some minor ones like Samuel and Leo the wise. Fortunately they are adding Tzimiskes, but Nikephoros Phokas, Basil 1, Sviatoslav are missing. Also in the Byzantine restoration, which is parallel to the crusades they only have Alexios, Alp Arslan and some minor generals like Andronikos. They haven't included Manuel, Anna Komnene (even though she wasn't a general, neither were Mathilda nor Antonina) and other prominent figures. Also for the generals they included in these two chapters the skins were not accurate at all, even though they've started to change that with Alexios and Tzimiskes. All of the above suggest a bias for western and against eastern generals, which is further shown by the almost complete absence of Iranian-Persian generals. This might have to do with the language barrier and the lack of easily accessible sources in english. Also, the introduction of Chinese generals might have prevented them from adding some of the generals I mentioned above. Whatever, the cause might be this issue should be resolved.

Pretty bad and cool eh I guess more eastern europe gens shall come, and maybe they would be more tactical, maybe cause Medieval europe in west was about castles and knights with sieging more and east was I think more tactical, like more gens who would be in an environment who use surrounding areas, again I am someone who doesn't know much about medieval europe so if I am wrong please do correct me

You are correct in your assessment. That is quite logical since central and western Europe's most frequent landscape are plains in contrast to the mountainous terrain of the Greek peninsula, Anatolia and the Caucasus. Also, in general diplomacy, rather than war, was the main tool of the Empire(Common practices were strategic marriages, Christian Baptisms, Bribing). However, during the Macedonian Dynasty that was reversed. Τhere were many warrior-generals and wars were fought in many frontiers, from Syria to the east, Bulgaria and Southern Italy to the west. In addition, there was a great struggle for the control of the Mediterranean in Crete and Sicily. (There are many more pivotal historical figures I didn't mentioned previously, like Leo Phokas, Bardas Skleros, Theophano, Basil Lekapenos, Michael Bourtzes, Nikephoros Uranos...)

I think there would be some generals from eastern europe , and Li Shimin ,Yelu Dashi, Suleyman the magnificent, Mehmed the conqueror , but the aren't in the update preview , maybe they will be a completele surprise when the update comes , or else there will be only William Wallace and John I Tzimikes in this update as new generals .
