So after upgrading infantry to max tech, I noticed MI has movement increase as shown in these 2 pictures:

This will be tremendously helpful in a lot of situations, but I'd say fully upgrading air force tech is better than keeping PMI, only if infantry tech is fully upgraded.

Good to know that units can move 3 grids in the sea now. MI > commando against aliens. That's just a fact.

I do agree that we should drop PMI, but I think we don't have to wait until maxing out infantry tech. Level 13 should be sufficient.
