Agree? Sounds right. I just found Yermolov lacking in power in Russia 1806 whereas Jourdan in France 1812 only has movement issues

And there's one major problem I found about Jourdan: his damage is not very high when attacking cities. (obviously they will be different! Jourdan is on French Heavy Artillery and Yermolov is on Russian Rocket! how can they compare!) Could you find a scene which Yermolov can have a duel with Jourdan 1on1 on Russian Heavy Artillery?
