Since Epic Battles are the most profitable farming ground so far (we get gold, medals, Honor of Quest points and other good stuff) I think it is time to discuss the best strategies, so that our runs could be as effortless as possible. I haven't any doubts that yuanzhong will find the way to farm it on auto one day  but until then let's share our best plans and tips. |

What could be the fastest to finish? I also only replay romans 15 turns, 40+mins I see potential only in the first one. The second map is larger with lots of movement. I completed the second one as Ayyubids in 15 turns as well, but with more micromanagement actions. On the first map we control only our generals, while on the second one there are other troops as well. |

My result so far, not yet started second one and here is the reason: I'm crying p2w player that used to play fruit ninja before the update and now dealing with annoying lvl 18 units p.s. i think they did smth with morale mechanic (or it was unnoticeable before the update) and now I have to manage it properly... |

yeah romans are probably best.
i had to restart frankish kingdom like 3 or 4 times yesterday to get the triggers right and not overextend my forces. was quiet the struggle starting with a locked off spawn point, and with my lack of upgrading units i finished on last round

yeah romans are probably best. i had to restart frankish kingdom like 3 or 4 times yesterday to get the triggers right and not overextend my forces. was quiet the struggle starting with a locked off spawn point, and with my lack of upgrading units i finished on last round I really hate that Franks don't have any decent cavalry. Ayyubids are much easier, though Franks have slightly better rewards (2 mercenary orders) |

ruffruderNo I think it is hasn't changed much, but there are several important points. First, there are some important triggers. So we have to keep Aetius alive at all costs, etc. Second, our generals are able to survive but they have been attacked far more often than in regular battles. And every attack takes several moral points away. So, even with full health our troops can potentially be in desperate moral conditions.

  These are my results, and unlike the others, the Frankish Kingdom was the easiest and fastest for me, I finished the Umayyad Dynasty with the least number of turns, but there is a lot of micromanagement and it's a bit tiring. Rome is my second choice. |
