Alright, I don't see very much, but there is also a bit of a privacy issue. You put it using an address with your real name on it. You also have your name on your email, but I suppose I shall change my email name to something more ambiguous. Thanks for pointing this out.

Should Roosevelt be playable? Maybe. But I don’t think we should code 3 way because the maker of Viva Kennedy said that coding VK1968 Wallace was hell. Let’s stick to a two-way race.

I think I found your reddit: u/Late_Notice8742 Yup. You can message me there. Cool. Anyways, I have a few ideas/questions: - RNG. On the one hand, it is thrilling. On the other, it's deflating and skill-deprived. Should we use it? - Endorsements. I think Bryan and McKinley should bid for the support of Carnegie and maybe even Roosevelt, as Roosevelt is a progressive. - Who should have the advantage at the start? Probably Bryan, but by how much? - Scandals? Obviously Bryan won't have any, but perhaps McKinley has some skeletons in his closet. Or Bryan could attack McKinley on a conspiracy that turns out to be fake and take a huge dip in the polls.

Or Bryan could attack McKinley on a conspiracy that turns out to be fake and take a huge dip in the polls. -RNG should only be used for debates, special events (like health) and endorsements. Anything else and it is superfluous, and it should only be about 3 times a game. -Sure thing. Carnegie would obviously be predisposed to support McKinley, due to Bryan's avid disavowing of him. I would remind you that McKinley, while not a progressive, was a rather moderate Republican who only announced his support for the gold standard a couple weeks before the RNC. Roosevelt canonically runs, so both of them canonically fail, right? -I would guess about a one to three point lead for Bryan at the beginning. Even the success of the Spanish-American War won't do much to overcome the insane partisanship of the time. -Both of them were absolutely straight as an arrow. There are absolutely zero scandals that could happen. That's one of the reasons why I love the 1896 and 1900 elections - both candidates were great people. On the contrary, the running mates of both parties are less than savory when it comes to character.

On the contrary, the running mates of both parties are less than savory when it comes to character. 1. Maybe we should drop Roosevelt. Again, it's not too plausible and his presence would be a huge blow to McKinley (as Roosevelt would have lots of support in NY). 2. Maybe, say, the Bryan campaign is told by some source, that has dirt on McKinley, but the dirt turns out to be fake.

Also, when did Bryan disavow Carnegie? Carnegie strongly opposed American imperialism, which Bryan also opposed. Carnegie also supported progressive taxation later in life.

He was also a huge industrialist, which Bryan absolutely hated. It was more a disavowing of all industrialists (no matter the person) than Carnegie specifically.

Alright, I won't be able to code this within, like, two years, so don't expect any real amounts of help on that front.
