Also, now if we'll use a dice system, attacking countries that don't have a player will be possible.

Should "AI" countries be allowed to attack or should they only defend? Let's assume they are allowed, which way would they be able to attack in though? How would they be controlled effectively and behave like a real country while still being a non-player country, or rather, not directly controlled by the players? I mean, yeah, dice is based on chance, so that's okay, but how would we make them be able to take action effectively, choose which forces to attack/defend, make fortifications etc. without direct and too much player intervention? Or rather, should they?

Or rather, should they? I think the default position would simply be for the country's front to have no blanks in it. For attacking, maybe there would be a random chance for an army to attack an area adjacent to them, with priority given to areas that they controlled at the beginning of the RP so they don't just wander off. If automatically retreating when your army is below a certain threshold is allowed, then that could solve battles. Just fight until you don't have enough soldiers and then retreat. Then go back to your base and rebuild. For fortifications, that could be automatic by having the army start building when it's been stationary for a while.

Countries not controlled by players will most probably be smaller than those controlled, so I'm not sure if an attacking option for them is necessary or even possible. As for defence, I agree. If someone like Germany attacks Czechoslovakia, you can probably just put their whole army to defend.

I'll order my factories to produce:
- 90 tanks - 60 guns - 25 fighters - 15 bombers

Two of my factories will produce 25 + 25 fighters. My third factory will produce two destroyers, and after four pages it will produce 90 tanks. Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov, in terms of how factories are impacted by battle, how should we implement damage caused by air raids and battles, supply issues, and what happens if the city holding a factory is surrounded?

I think a surrounded factory could produce stuff to its area for maybe 10 pages before it runs out of material. As for battles and air raids, I think they could paralyze the factory for a certain period of time.

We'll produce 200 sturmoviks with all our factories per page until 5 pages are completed, where we will have 1000 sturmoviks in total. PS: Just a short question, Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov, I guess Minsk has been written two times in the factory section, so, was it supposed to be a different city or do I have 7 factories without a city instead of it (not 8)? I'll edit this post accordingly.
