Hey Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov, I know we currently have victories capped at +5, but considering by just how much I would have won by, and that fact that their army is decimated even with the +5 cap, can that victory lead to their surrender? |

Romania has all of 140 000 troops left after the Transylvania offensive. They are demoralized and lack numbers in their airforce and tank divisions.
Poland launches an all out attack from L'viv. Our aims are to capture the region of Bucovina within one day and then move on to Moldova.
Romania:
140k soldiers
55 fighters
60-ish bombers
Poland:
300k soldiers (90k stay in L'viv)
750 tanks (370 in reserve)
1000 guns (460 in reserve)
250 fighters (50 in reserve)
50 bombers (20 in reserve)
Poland Bonuses: Infantry (+2.14); Travel (-1.5) -> +0.64
Romania Bonuses: Defense (+1); Morale (-1); Long-term Fatigue(-1); Short-term Fatigue(-0.5) -> -1.5
This means I need a 6 to win; 2-5 is a loss.

Because since those are busy with Poland, this means that the rest of the country is defenseless, I guess. |

Well... that wasn't great. Our offensive bogs down near Storojinet. Our medium-risk attack results in a slight loss. This isn't gonna be great for our morale.
Kill points:
Romania: 10.961*140000 = 1 534 540 damage
Poland: 6.24*300000 = 1 872 000 damage
Romania: 15 000 dead, 47 bombers, 25 fighters
Poland: 18 000 dead, 45 tanks, 2 guns, 11 fighters
At least we were able to destroy almost their entire airforce. Time for a second attack. Still 6 to win. Medium risk.

If you were to invade you could take the capital unopposed |

A slightly bigger victory than the loss we suffered earlier, but still not great. We manage to capture all of Bucovina except for Suceava.
Kill points:
Romania: 16.019*125000 = 2 002 375 damage
Poland: 5.2*282000 = 1 466 400 damage
Romania: 25k dead, 2 fighters
Poland: 14 200 dead, 45 tanks, 27 guns, 7 fighters, 3 bombers
Romania now has 100k soldiers, 28 fighters, and 13 bombers left
Army Group South has 267.8k, 660 tanks, 971 guns, 232 fighters, and 47 bombers left

The remaining Romanian forces in the Transylvania pocket are severely demoralized. To prevent any further loss of men, we will use an all out artillery barage. The guns are out of reach to the Romanians, so they cannot fight back. The outnumber bonus is removed, but CAS, allied moral and enemy demoralization still grants a +5 bonus.

The Romanians only have 42,240 troops left. This last barrage will put an end to Romanian resistance in the pocket if it's a 6 or higher.
