Our army at the Romanian border begins occupying Bessarabia and then Dobruja regions without any opposition since there are not any Romanian armies that can oppose us. This should be completed by the end of the this page, I guess. Also, two new armies from Ukraine will be moved to newly occupied territories as well.

Right now I'm just waiting for the USSR to start their mass invasion. I took care of Romania's airforce, so I think the amount of damage you did to Romania's infantry is already more than enough, cause we outnumber them 10 to 1 now. |

Since the war in Portugal is turning into our favour the transportation of 100,000 troops from Calais to Portugal is cancelled. They will instead fly to Syria because of the late insecurities there. France also begins withdrawing its forces from Italy. You said that you would go down to Moldova, so if that plan is still the same and you are going to continue your march thorugh Moldova, then I can continue advancing through the regions along the Bulgarian border to, starting from Dobruja, if it's okay for you too? Though, we should be careful about Austria-Hungary and keep a wary eye, and should not put our forces too away from each other. Although we aren't in an active war with them right now, the war may start any time, as you know as well. And their army is still in Romania, which means that if we divide too much, this would be an opportunutiy for them to attack, so we must be careful. |

Debs It is certainly only a matter of time before our fragile alliance with Austria-Hungary falls the wayside to their aspirations of reviving the old empire. I have kept 6 of my armies behind in Poland to keep them busy just in case, and I will ensure that the 400 000 strong of Army Group South does not put themselves into too wide a front.
I will expect to conquer the entirety of Moldovia within two pages or so, and you can take the rest of Romania (minus a port of course, which I am requesting).
Of course, the Polish invasion has been an absolute disaster so far, so I'm gonna try to launch one final high-risk attack and take Moldovia all at once. If I get destroyed this isn't gonna end well. |

I thought that all troops were in Germany. As long as you provide my troops with safe passage I will gladly withdraw them.
And next time, do not assume that I am attempting to promote bloodshed. The difficulty of staying up to date with every matter in a country which was not originally your own is a challenge beyond your understanding.

Eugene V. Debs only Hello Russian friend, as you know after the current invasion I will be occupying the region of Transylvania, and I assume you and Poland will be splitting the rest. I have a favor to ask. While Transylvania is the extent I need for my Kingdom, the factory of Romania will be in the region you inhabit. I was hoping we could work out an agreement for me to lease said factory from you, especially considering how much my army has contributed to the war as a whole.
