Only for Theron of AcragasAs the Soviet Union, we would like to offer you a treaty of friendship and mutual assistance pact. We'd like to keep friendly relations with you, as long as you don't ally with the capitalist powers, or any of my or my allies' enemies.
Furthermore, we'd like to offer you to join the WTO against Nato. If we were in the same alliance, we would be able to easily protect you after all.

Only for Gerd von RundstedtChina is the leader and icon of east Asian prosperity and development. Our economy, on the other hand is torn by war and weak. For that reason, Vietnam and Laos request China to help them materially to industrialise and achieve a high quality of life for the peasants and workers of our country. For Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov only. I would be happy to give you large amounts of material goods, including rice, grain, and small arms, at one condition. If the United States enters the war, I will immediately stop giving you any goods whatsoever. In addition, after your civil war is over, I would like to be able to send an observer to your seat of government. (OOC: status effect, I am allowed to read your spoilered messages.) As a gesture of good faith, here is a small gift of a thousand tons of rice and half a million rifles with appropriate ammunition. Only for Gerd von RundstedtYour offer seems fair. However, I need a formal promise that my messages won't be used against me. Also, I am willing to allow an observer only until page 25 and in return, besides the goods you've mentioned, expert advisors to help us industrialise.
Edit: also, if war breaks out with the USA or an ally of yours, I want to have the right to banish your observer.

An investigation conducted by the Swedish Intelligence Agency has found multiple communist groups involved with the March on Visby. This has resulted in an uproar and a speech from the Duke of Halland demanding their arrest. The situation in Sweden is rapidly escalating…

In addition to your goods, I will give you ten of our top fifty economic experts to you for you to use in any way you need, with the lone exception that no harm can come to them. These are our best and brightest, and if one dies, then I will expect reparations. So keep them away from your war.

The Duke of Halland and his entourage are currently outside of the parliament doors and demanding their right to enter. A highly heated debate is going on inside about the matter. As the Soviet Union, we offer our help tp the Swedish goverment, democratically elected by the will of its people, against the Duke of Halland. His actions now shows his true face and aim, witu his attempts to force his anti-communist agenda to the Swedish, while the people have clearly spoken by using their right to protest in favor of communism. We highly condemn his actions, and declare our support for the existing goverment of Sweden against him. We're ready to intervene to protect the people of Sweden as well as our comrades if he chooses to continue with his despicable actions.

We are proud to announce that we're sending 100 fighters and 100 bombers with Soviet pilots to give air support to Viet Minh ( Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov), to be used against the capitalist and imperialist powers during the civil war.

The government of the UTDTAL is happy to announce to have received a shipment of rice and 500,000 rifles as well as 100 fighters and 100 bombers borrowed from the USSR.
With an extensive recruitment program we aim to increase our ground forces to 600,000 infantrymen.
The government also gives its full support to communists in Sweden and hopes that they're efforts will be rewarded with a new era of equality and prosperity.
Meanwhile in northern Laos, following an extensive bombing raid on strategic locations 100,000 troops make an assault while elsewhere the forces are on the defensive.

Only for Gerd von RundstedtHey, you mentioned improving our trade yesterday by the agreement we made. So, I've got an offer. The endless war with the Japanese must have unfortunately damaged your food production as a consequence. And I'm not even counting the Chinese Civil War and tha damage it has brought.
So, I'm ready to send you food and such to help China restore itself to its greatness under to your leadership, in exchange for the necessary industrial supplies and materials in order to improve my military production. Since you've reduced the size of your army, these will no longer be necessary anyway, so you won't really lose anything, while gaining extra food. What do you think, friend?

I think that's a great offer. I'm not sure of the specifics, though. We are not a materially rich nation, though, when it comes to metal, but we have been rapidly increasing our industrial goods factories. Is that what you want? Base materials for making factories and stuff? Or more specific goods? In any case, we particularly want wheat, which doesn't grow well here but many have obtained a taking to it. Extra potatoes are also wanted, which will tide us over until we can rebuild our farms, preferably more efficiently run than during the days of the warlords.

Only for Gerd von RundstedtCorrect, mostly industrial and military goods, and any base materials you can spare, and such that you no longer need due to your disarmament, rather than a specific thing. As for your requests, we can certainly give them.
Also, we really appreciate that you are sending arms to our ally Viet Minh. We are also happy that all three of us have a friendly relationship.

Did you not realize that we've been conversing through back channels? Now I'm going to have the Soviet Union trying to get me in everything and the US breathing down my neck. I've already received word from the Soviet Union congratulating me! Why are you the way that you are?

The Duke of Halland has been let in by a narrow margin. He now demands that the parliament, in his own words, "Defends our nation from the communist bastards" and bans the communist party, arresting the leaders of the party involved in the Visby Incident.
The Nation is teetering on the brink of no return.
Outside of the parliament fights between Hallandists (as they are now called) and Communists are frequent, as both sides voice support for their respective leaders.
His Majesty the King has refused to comment on the situation.
