Some -Hime cities can be taken by force. I faced lvl 7 enemies today for 37 cities owned. Given that I faced lvl 5 enemies around 26 cities, perhaps the ratio is city number divided by 5? Can’t be. I’m at 81 and I’m going up against lv13 enemies. |

Well I thought I was doing pretty good when I drew a Gold general on my first install, then I started to second guess myself with all this talk of re-starting, but no, Tokugawa is a lucky draw and I'll stick with what I have. I spent a few Blue flames on two Purple gens who were sitting at 29 fragments, Otomo Sorin and Honda Tadakatsu, and I think something along these lines might be the most efficient early use of Blue Flames. Otomo in particular really rounded out my team with his full War Gear adaptability. I've been hesitant to spend any Ban-Kin on the In-Game Purchase Shop, in case they run Flash Sales as in EW7, but I will keep my eye on those Elite Units that have been recommended. I also just got the two Build Discount wonders to the west and upgraded my Tenshu, so while I'm a bit behind many of you I'm moving things along  |

Can we use the cloud save to reroll anything in this game? It seems that the answer is "no". Yet, my feeling is that we'll have enough good generals to progress. The difference between gold and purple generals isn't that great. It is more like the difference between these tiers in EW5. Moreover since the drop rate of gold tier generals is so low, I believe that the backbone of my team will bepurple generals. It is significantly easier to upgrade purple tier generals. |

So far I like conquests too, imo, it is a better version of EW7 conquests. I am playing for only 3 days but my first impression is rather positive. |

Know the requirements for S rank in Conquest? I played as Takeda and got A rank in 70 moves and 193k score points.

To a certain extent yes. If you get a gold gen and reroll in other pools you might get a different gold gen. It's true that purple gens are better in quality (except Sorin, who gets beaten by Ujiyasu only when the latter is maxed out), so I'd say just reroll for Motonari and/or Ujiyasu for their HL and stop. |

Yeah so I don’t entirely agree with this. Sure, I do think we’re going to be using a lot of purples, but it’s not because they’re easy to upgrade. It’s because we’re gonna have to use lots of different people depending on the level. I mean rain for example completely cripple teppo and artillery, sometimes you get to recruit special units in the campaign and they cost knowledge instead of gold and there’s probably more examples of us needing different people that I can’t think of right now. We’re probably gonna be using blues and greens too until very late. I certainly am. Purples are probably just about as hard to upgrade as golds. Sure the drop rate is 5 times lower, but there’s 5 times as many purples as golds (26 to 5) The only rank 3 general I have is Maeda. And that’s because he gets a bunch of frags through the battlepass and because the RNG decided to roll him twice on me. That’s not probable at all. I could have rolled anybody else. Plus you get more frags when you actually roll the gold (I think, because we’ve all got 30 on our gold rolls and I’ve never rolled for 30 on a purple). And you’re most likely using your special missions on golds. I have only two other purples at rank 2 and one of them is Shimazu Yoshihisa, and Hideyoshi is at 22 or so frags so he’ll get there soon. I’ve also been a bit unluckier than average when it comes to rolling golds since I haven’t gotten a non-100 roll gold yet, despite the odds saying that I should get one every 50 or so rolls. The only purple that I have that is truly easy to level is Shimazu Yoshihisa, because I can sweep his Legend mission, but again that’s gonna change if I get Motonari, and maybe Ujiyasu. |
