The other person called Kabukimono is Maeda ToshiieΒ (actually, it's Maeda Keiji as evident by the bond in game, but that's not important) The question is actually correct. Kabukimono isn't just two people, it's a broader group/descriptive term (as I understand, a similar idea to "bohemian" in English). Both Maedas were kabukimono.

I knew that, but I didn't think that Toshiie fell into that category. I've always remembered him as one of the Five Elders and therefore assumed that he wasn't a kabukimono. Guess I'll have to do more research on the period - and one thinks they know everything!

I'm really happy she's coming to our roster and am definitely hoping she isn't IAP - given her set isn't a 4 piece I doubt she will be, but who knows! I've been reflecting on this, and realized they turned her 2 piece set into a 4 piece set probably because of that reason. At least we still get ban-kin for getting two pieces of her set so they didn't screw latecomers out of that. Just one more silk cloth and I can finish the former 2 piece set and get my 200 ban-kin while complaining about how I can't actually finish the set now.
Guess I was right on one count - 2 piece set generals don't get made into IAPs: they get their sets turned into 4 piece sets and then turned into an IAP. Looking at this it's very unlikely that Miyamoto Musashi is F2P given that what I assume is his set is all locked behind the IAP paywall; his weapon and treasure insanely so (who has the money to purchase 15000 ban-kin in this game?)

I have some question, please: 1. Which general is suitabke for this unit? 2. Should I focus on this guy? Thanks for your comments.

I have some question, please:Β 1. Which general is suitabke for this unit? 2. Should I focus on this guy?Β Thanks for your comments. 1. There are generals who have this unit as their specialized unit (Sanada Masayuki, for example). It is always a good idea to use this. Yet, there are specific circumstances when you just use it with the best Infantry you have. The unit is quite tanky and is suitable for defending some key points. 2. It is rather problematic to focus on a general without any chapter in the library. It is totally RNG dependent. And you definitely shouldn't send him on daily missions with fragments as rewards. Just use him as any other capable general and see where RNG fortune will lead you eventually. What you should do is to buy Mounted Teppo (as I see they are still in the shop) and to try to get fragments of Date Masamune. It is far more advantageous to concentrate your efforts on his development.

I have some question, please: 1. Which general is suitabke for this unit? 2. Should I focus on this guy? Thanks for your comments. Darn, stoic beat me to it again! Anyway, it seems that Sanada Masayuki is the only general who specializes in Akazonae infantry. He's actually a pretty good fit for it considering his specialty is in city defense (not that I would know, he's holding out on me along with Otomo Sorin and Ii Naomasa.) The unit also works pretty well with Hideyoshi if you don't want to give him his unit of Elite Samurai as the latter can be used to hold castles as well.
As for Naomasa, from what I see from his skills he's a crazy horse guy much like Keiji who goes in and starts fighting everybody dealing crazy amounts of damage, especially with Inspiration + Irritability combo where he just keeps gaining morale until he's at high morale and then dishes out the hurt. He's a good cavalry general and a good fit for the Akazonae Heavy Cavalry if you already have that, but his weakness is his unreliability in getting fragments to upgrade him. Because of that I'd actually prefer to increase my roster, if you don't have Motonari or Masamune they'd be my first target for sparking - 300 exchange fragments seems like a lot but you'll collect them over time - and then I would clear their libraries and farm their fragments that way. Maxing those guys out is much easier and their AOE skill will really come in handy.
Ah, and as the stoic guy above me says, get mounted teppo. It's a really useful unit for teppo generals as it has a higher movement than all other teppo units and a chance to attack again after killing an enemy. And I love second chances to deal damage. Even if you don't have Masamune it can go on Mitsuhide, Shigehide, or even in a pinch Hideyoshi or Tanegashima Tokitaka. It'll even synergize pretty well with Nobunaga and Ginchiyo if you bought them despite not being their specialized unit. If you have Motonari or a good archer general (Motochika, Ieyasu, Muneshige, even Hanbei and Naotora), mounted archer is another good choice as it has the same bonuses as mounted teppo except for archers.
Edit: What I said about sparking still stands mostly, but I forgot that if you have some purple generals with about 25ish or more fragments, basically just about to join you, they'd be a good spark target as well. Spending 20 exchange fragments for someone who's going to be a good general is a pretty good deal, especially if they're on this list (Chosokabe Motochika, Yamanaka Yukimori, Shimazu Yoshihisa) since those are library generals who have farmable fragments.

This is good advice in general, but you have to look at the options for the type. The only general I've found with Akazonae infantry is Sanada Masayuki, and let's be honest, he's rather mediocre. With some upgrades he'll be great if you just need a general to park in a city and hold it, but that's a very fringe case. For now I've given the unit to Nobutsuna.

Does anybody know if getting hime to 6 stars will give you a full bar for their section in the palace? I got some questions wrong when getting them and the 750s are getting on my nerves.

I know, it messes with me too! Sadly, I don't think they'll ever reach a full bar; I believe even if they're 6 stars they'll keep resetting, essentially becoming broken blade farms. But, to verify, I'll need someone who actually has a 6 star Hime since I don't have one.

Nah they just keep going. Himes are worth the same as purples so itβs 90 blades for each 50k check beyond that. And you can never give them anything that increases their favorability by an increment of +250. So their favorability will end at 250, 500 or 750 forever, if you screw up.

I reckon that other players will make enough fuss about it for ET to change it up a bit

I actually don't understand the purpose of releasing Okuni π After several months they release a Princess that almost doubles one of the existing ones in her role as Hime, but is slightly better in every respect. Was it necessary to give her same Hime skills as Oichi already has? Was it impossible to create something completely new, for example? Usually ET are good at creating skills for newly released generals. That makes them attractive for players. Here we just have Oichi 2.0 version, but with more interesting support abilities.
