In EW7 there is a trick to get that what you like (to a certain extent, of course). We can't control first 10 fragments no matter what. But we can control next 10 fragments! So, usually it is necessary to open 20 fragments not just 10. If you don't like what you have, just reload. Here is an example My first 10 fragments (mostly trash, but I can't do anything about it)  My next 10 fragments (these are always under my control) Not that bad, but I want better so...  I just reload to fight another day  Is it possible to do it in GCS? I've heard that it takes 100 (10 times 10) pulls before we enter the non-fixed fragments. So, from how I understood, you have to have two devices in order to effectively use re-rolling.
On the other hand, we have "food" equal to big and small war drums, meaning we will be able to beat almost any mission once we have pooled enough of them. |

RUN. If you like Sengoku go play Nobunaga's Ambition. If you want to play good ET games then go back to pre-EW7 (not including GoG2) games. Don't torture yourself (and/or your wallet) with this piece of gacha junk. Edit: And I saw hacks already. Isn't that fun. Which one of the Nobunaga's Ambitions can you recommend? |

In the bond section, if you select the info icon in the top right corner, it says "general must be present for the fetter to take effect".
Fetter? Clearly they meant bond. What a shoddy job...
