It will take a lot of time to grind that much for him, but if you're hardcore then do it
IMO Badoglio as a first general is good

I still would recommend an artillery general. Because at the beginning we only have normal or heavy tank, but we do have firld artillery.

Govorov is only good on arty so Ozawa + Badogilo.

Couldn't you buy Greim since he's better for air Just because Ozawa has higher health& moves faster& has navy stars for mission(especially for Missile Crisis). If you don't mind all of these inferiorities and want that extra air star, sure you can buy Greim instead of Ozawa. |
