Barley managed to complete it on time. I think that splitting your units is somewhat inevitable if the level of our troops isn't high enough (as in my case). Date is definitely MVP in such battles.

Sakenobe is *Auto Corrected*
That damn mission where you split your gens by pairs is so ungodly awful when eveyrone can just *Auto corrected*in heal by percentage, AoE is pretty useless
*Auto corrected* you game

My origin was Tsutsujigasaki. Same map.
This was the one that I recommended attacking the branch castles if you cannot win at once.
Tried to combine my troops. Won on Turn 17/18 without attacking the branch castles.

I can't do sakenobe Welp Japan is just gonna burn then It's much harder, but did you try to conquer the branch castles? After that, for the main castle, you can just combine the whole army instead of splitting your troops up.

I can't do sakenobe Welp Japan is just gonna burn then It is perhaps too late to help with your current situation but there is a way to avoid battles in places you don't like. I use this method to get better rewards for daily tasks but it is also viable for Invasions. Let's assume the day is over and you should make a cloud save. Tomorrow you check the map (or rewards of daily tasks) and if you don't like them you load that yesterday's save file. You can do it as long as you like, provided you have enough patience But usually it is 2-3 downloads before getting acceptable results. Here is an example when Invasions block one of the buffs

I dont like the idea of continous invasions each and every day. If you dont act they spread further while another area burns at the same time. So if you by chance dont play for a week, almost whole japan map would be invaded. Which forces you to clear with fewer buffs/resources avaliable. And regarding the military upgrade, at first I thought that may help us in the arena but the new arena bosses have military ranks as well so they might have been buffed before us?

I think a way to reset invasion is needed so you go back to the initial 3/4 cities. Otherwise players are going to quit the game.maybe one free reset and then a way to bribe the invaders to go away to get further resets.
Also, the medals are the only item you can't sell or exchange. I have over 100 now and the number of medals I get will run way ahead of the ban kin I generate. I'd be very happy if we could exchange these for broken blades or black iron.

I think that Invasions take place only when a player actually opens the game and to be precise Tenkabito mode. If the game hasn't been touched for a week or a player only plays campaigns and conquests, nothing happens... But I agree it can be a challenge for new and mid-game players. As we have seen even endgame players can experience some troubles from time to time.

Actually I recall this trick from my EW7 days And it helps immensely to overcome problems of my current EW7 run as well. There are many rare items given as rewards in both EW7 and GCS (if we are patient enough ), including bond letters. And in GCS my primary objective is silk.
